She crept into his life

As silently as a slow tide reaches out to the beaches

Of distant shores

Her mesmerizing voice beckoned his attention

Her eyes capturing, left his soul begging for more

Her soul reached out to his crying spirit

His heart bled tears of joy

Satisfied, his sense of longing

His life with meaning

Searching

Nevermore
